mshallow, 1. Make sure FQDN you are using i.e. owa.yourdomain.com resolves to the correct Public IP address of the server hosting IIS OWA 2. Firewall port 443 and/or 80 is open and forwarded to machine hosting IIS OWA 3. Check host header and SSL on IIS MiguelMiguel Fra / Falcon ITS Computer & Network Support, Miami, FL Visit our Knowledgebase Sharepoint Site

Sorry, I meant bindings. In IIS7 the host headers are now 'bindings', check that you have a binding for your owa FQDN. MiguelMiguel Fra / Falcon ITS Computer & Network Support, Miami, FL Visit our Knowledgebase Sharepoint Site

Thanks everyone for suggestions. We ended up calling Microsoft and they told us that it definitely wasn't the server.Called Cisco and they were able to configure the firewall to let the OWA come in. We configured wrong.Sorry I din't reply sooner. Have been swamped trying to setup Exchange.
